Chiropractic Care

Dr. Heather Ross is a GrowCo Ambassador, BIRTHFIT Professional and certified in Webster Technique.

It is optimal to receive chiropractic care throughout pregnancy so that pelvic balance can be achieved and optimal function can be restored. Dr. Ross uses a combination of manual therapy and rehabilitation to help reduce some of the common uncomfortable symptoms from the muscular, ligamentous and biomechanical stresses of the spinal and pelvic joints during pregnancy. This chiropractic technique balances the pelvis properly, while also reducing the stress to the ligaments that support the uterus, specifically the round ligaments. She will also help guide and educate you on pregnancy and postpartum related areas such as exercise and ergonomics.
